1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NUTEA WELLNESS website ("the Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Our Products
NUTEA sells premium herbal tea blends made from natural botanicals. All blends are described on the Site with their ingredients, benefits, and recommended use.
Our products are herbal wellness supplements, not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.
We strive to display product colours and images accurately, but actual product appearance may vary. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Ordering Process
When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock limitations
- Errors in product descriptions or pricing
- Incomplete or unverifiable order information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp to the number you provide at checkout. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance — your order is accepted when we dispatch the products.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at checkout (name, WhatsApp number, delivery address). We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect information you provide.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We do not process payments on the Site. Payment is arranged directly via WhatsApp after your order is placed. You may pay via:
- Mobile Money (MoMo)
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (where available)
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated via WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to locations within Ghana. Delivery timelines and fees vary by location and will be communicated via WhatsApp after order placement.
Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, third-party courier issues, or incorrect delivery information.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately via WhatsApp of any issues.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used tea blends. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, standard return policy applies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and brand names — is the intellectual property of NUTEA WELLNESS and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUTEA WELLNESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Site
- Product use, allergic reactions, or health effects
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your order information
Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Providing false or fraudulent information
- Interfering with the Site's operation or security
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Using automated tools to scrape or mine data from the Site
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
